Abstract A 33-year-old woman with morbid obesity. positive IgM cardiolipin antibody. and recurrent venous thromboembolism on weight-based enoxaparin treatment developed severe headaches during her 9th week of pregnancy and was diagnosed with cerebral vein thrombosis (CVT).
